Force Full Tune fully working for MT5. Just need to manually create "Force Full Tune" button in MT5 XML file.

Force Full Tune function has been configured to not overwrite the speed/handling settings of cars that are already full tuned.

MT5 car loading has been modified to display the specific values and where they are imported to, (i.e. Power, Handling, Aero, etc.). Work on story saving for MT5DX+ has been started, however it is not currently working.

Data is dumped to openparrot.sav, however it does not read back correctly and it is not known if the data currently dumped is on the correct site.

Accidental request, not really ready for main branch yet. Was meant to merge onto my fork :)
