Gouketsuji Ichizoku - Senzo Kuyou doesn't work #259

I can't run "Gouketsuji Ichizoku - Senzo Kuyou" as facing "Failed to Load DLL!(Error 4)".

Warning Dialog says as "The procedure entry point Direct3DCreate9Ex could not be located in the dynamic link library Teknoparrot\OpenParrotWin32\OpenParrot.dll".

What should I do?
