FNF SC - Proper controls + Numpad

• Added proper controls for FNF Supercars
• Enabled numpad functions and mapped to Numpad on kb
• Turned off old hacked Dinput/Keyboard controls that were hardcoded into the game. Now uses proper hooked control function.

I've no idea why it thinks ive changed globals.cpp - check it out if you get a sec. Think git went a bit odd here :D
