First, i'm using an AMD gpu, so the problem needs to be confirm with a nvidia.
If i leave windowed and no custom res, i got this 640x480 window :
So, first question, are you sure the game is a 4:3 ? Seems like a 16/9 to me.
Second, if i crank up the custom resolution to 1920x1440 (to keep the same aspect ratio than the windowed without the custom res), i get this :
Part of the game is cropped.
I tried to crank up to 2560x1440 but then i had the reverse problem :
And the game is now 'too small'
I end up with a resolution of 2400x1440, i use reshade to restore a 16:9 aspect ratio, and use magpie to display fullscreen. So i got some black bar, but end up with something working.
But meh, seems like there is something wrong, so i report the issue.
