I doubt it. Site scores (and the files they are stored in) are always broken. The scoreboard works in single player. It's buggy in multiplayer, but I think the game is still recording the trek and adventure scores properly, it's just the scoreboard display that's messed up.
This was fixed by this ElfLoader2.0 change on 8/31: "Big Buck World: leaderboards, scores and all gibberish fixes"
When playing with more than one player, the top player's name is the "Score" column name. The second player's name is the number bucks that the first player has. The third player's name is the number bucks that the second player has.
The scoreboard is fine in single player mode.
