Error "Haunted Museum II" #892

Good guys. I have a problem with the game Haunted museum II. It starts fine, but when I press start, I get an error on the screen: Movie read_error The sound continues its course, and the screen remains black like this, and intermittently My graphics card is AMD RX 580

Good afternoon, first of all, thank you for answering... I don't know what's happening, I can't write anything in the discord...

Well I've been looking in #fixes and I haven't seen anything about this game.

By the way, it seems that someone has posted something but they have deleted it, it was something hosted on mediafire, I don't know what it would be......

You need to do what it says in welcome channel to access all channels etc

Wow, now that you mention it, I just tried Gaia Attack 4 and it also gives me the same error. I don't see the fix you mention, or I'm very clumsy. you excuse me I just found it.....mea culpa

By the way, once I have pasted my ID into my teknoparrot.com profile, what else should I do? Do they give me access automatically?

It's curious, the same error in both games, and after installing the Intel_Indeo codec, (which is the only one that I didn't have of the 3 that come in the zip) the Gaia Attack 4 works perfectly, but the Haunted Museum II continues to give me the same mistake.
