Tank!Tank!Tank!: Black screen then go back to TPUI #910

I'm on win10 pro, intel CPU and Nvidia 1070. When lauching TankTank!Tank!, whatever the option checked in the game config, the game goes to black screen for one or two minutes then goes back to TPUI. I think this problem is there since the game was out for subscription.

This one can be closed. Sorry for the confusion. For this game, a netcam has to be connected to the PC. This is mandatory.
