Aliens Armageddon Crashes During Attract Mode #189

Aliens Armageddon crashes during the attract screen. The issue did not occur in older elfldr2 versions. Not sure when it appeared, I stayed on the older version because of this issue until I had to update to use my new post-hack serial. It crashes just before the high scores are shown, so likely related to that, as elfldr2 1.0.0.17 had the following change "Aliens Armageddon - Leaderboard crash fixed". The version I was previously using without this issue was elfldr2 1.0.0.20

Same, game crashes during title screen.

In case it's helpful to narrow down the update that caused the crash. I can confirm working in TP .816 (elfldr2 1.0.0.20) build from 9/19/2022. Then, the first reports of it not working started coming by three different users 10/19, 10/21, 10/22/2022, with one user stating the issue still occurred after updating to TP .835. So broke somewhere >816 <835

It has been brought to my attention that clearing high scores in test menu fixes this crash.
