Game with issue: Wangan Midnight Maximum Tune 3DX+ (Japan)
Detailed description of issue: First startup loads really slowly (around 8-10 mins) and going to test mode for control calibration, then exiting the test mode led into a black screen. Upon restarting the game and going to the test mode again, the calibration results are not saved
Reproduction details: Launching the game, going to test mode and exiting, going back to test mode to see the result of the changes
Any other details: This happens after the last update (1.0.0.1103), it was fine beforehand
