Gaelco Tuning Race runs at an incorrect refresh/frame rate ingame. #216

TeknoParrot version: 1.0.0.1986 Did this issue happen with an older version: Yes Game with issue: Gaelco Championship Tuning Race Detailed description of issue: The ingame sections run at about 1.5x speed compared to pcb recordings. This is the root cause of the oversensitive inputs. Another giveaway of it running too fast is the ingame timer counting up faster than it should. Reproduction details: Play the game. Closing this as this got fixed as of a New Year's update. Steering is responsive and refresh rate matches (or is very close) to pcb.
