setup is much more simple now
fixes new config options

Hey! Thanks for this. Sorry for not merging it in faster. I want to incorporate the changes in https://github.com/teknql/shadow-cljs-tailwind-jit/pull/11 when updating this as well as update the docs accordingly and just haven't gotten around to it yet. Hopefully soon!
