Missing parameters ili2pg when password not set in pg_conf #28

Description : When a password is missing in pg_conf the export creates an error because the parameter is not set in the ili2pg call. Not everyone wants to store passwords in pg_conf. Check for solution that would e.g. allow to add password during export process.
