Description :
When creating a new reach, the rp_to_level and rp_from level are taken from the attributes and used for the progression_geometry. Intermediate vertices are not used and, as the majority of users usually works in 2D, they are set to 0 (QGIS default). This leads to wrong progression_geometries in 3D
