value list pipe_point_normal_kind : typing mistake in french . armatures.equipements.tuyeau_metallique should be replaced by armatures.equipements.tuyau_metallique

I will collect this an inform the SIA405 commission about this mistake - it also appears in the French INTERLIS file https://405.sia.ch/models/2015/SIA405_Chauffage_a_distance_2015_2_f-20180426.ili
