Final tasks for Release 2024.0

• [ ] Adjust release version of plugin, so that about dialog shows 2024.0 instead of 0.0.0

• [ ] Submenu "Validity check" - I would suggest to rename this to "TEKSI database setting checks" or so. For me the term validity implies that this is something with the data itself like the identifier checks etc that we apply on export. But here active values in tww_sys.oid_prefixes and tww_od.default_values are checked
