Users require an up-to-date documentation to find the information they need and an easy way to report bugs. However, creating a github account is too high a hurdle for many of them. In the Workshop D of the TEKSI User Meeting in La-Chaux-de-Fonds, the following adaptations to the setup of the documentation were discussed:
The documentation should include changelogs
The user documentation should be versionised by release, defaulting to "latest"
Instead of having the option to show the source code, we should give people the option to report a bug without a github login
This means we'd need a separate "Report a bug" structure that is linked to issue creation on github
Said form should allow selecting a certified service provider to take care of the issue
