Missing translations items in the translated project #428

Describe the bug The actual translation process of the QGIS .qgs project is missing translations for some items:

Value lists : value_en should be replaced by value_fr / value_de

Postgres values types : manhole, infiltration_installation,

To Reproduce Exact steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Run workflow https://github.com/teksi/wastewater/actions/workflows/project-translation.yml
  2. Download latest assets
  3. Open the qgs project in your desired language
  4. Open a attribute form
  5. Not everything is translated

Expected behavior Everything is correctly translated if it has been provided by the translation community.
