Description : Branding from qgep to TEKSI

[ ] Adjust description, author, email etc in qgepplugin/metadata.txt
[ ] and add icons

[ ] and Submenu "QGEP"

and About window

[ ] rename to About instead of Dialog
[ ] adjust requirements
[ ] adjust description
[ ] etc.
