Andrea Frittoli @afrittoli Andrea is often the glue for the project - from making sure CI stays up to being our point of contact with the CDF. Thanks for everything you do!
Andrew Bayer @abayer Andrew has implemented a ton of features in Tekton Pipelines, most recently Remote Resolution which enables meeting S3C requirements. He is also very active in the Tekton Plumbing project, where he has migrated workloads to use KinD and promptly addresses infrastructure issues to unblock other contributors. Lastly, contributors can always rely on Andrew to provide quick and detailed reviews.
Billy Lynch @wlynch Billy started contributing to the Tekton Chains project about a year ago. Since then, he has been instrumental in ensuring PRs are reviewed and merged within a reasonable time. More importantly, his grasp on the sigstore ecosystem is critical in moving the project in the right direction.
Jerop Kipruto @jerop Jerop has been contributing to Tekton very consistently, bringing several exciting new features into Tekton, leading the discussion on topics like large results and artifacts and always going the extra step to capture the community ideas and building consensus. Jerop has contributed to Tekton as a member of the project governing board as well as an advocate, through videos and conference talks. Thank you, Jerop!
Lee Bernick @lbernick Lee has driven a lot of enhancement proposal and implementation as well as helping navigate the work toward tektoncd/pipeline v1 API

Since we received several nominations for this category, we will be using ranked choice voting for this award. Please rank up to 3 candidates. 1st = 3 points, 2nd = 2 points, 3rd = 1 point, with the winner being decided by who has the most total points.

If you would like to write-in a candidate not listed, email your vote to tekton-nominations@googlegroups.com.

Billy Lynch @wlynch Billy is driven a lot of features around chains, the "security" component of tektoncd, and is the most active maintainer of the project. He has also been on top of security topics for all project and the community.

Billy is one of the co-founders of the Tekton vulnerability management team and a consistently active contributor. Apart from the VMT, Billy brings his security expertise and enthusiasm to many aspects of the projects, from the GitHub org security best practices to the inner details of the Tekton pipeline engine. Thank you, Billy!
