Fuzzing tests for Tekton #5564

Feature request

The OpenSSF badge requires dynamic vulnerability analysis, e.g. via fuzzing, to be applied to major releases. We should introduce fuzzing at least into the release pipelines.

This support hasn't been added yet but definitely needed as part of the Tekton Pipelines release process. /remove-lifecycle rotten
