StepActions is introduced in v0.54, this issue tracks improvements to e2e tests, examples and documentation.

Improve visibility of StepActions in our documentation by highlighting it with other components in https://tekton.dev/docs/pipelines/ and https://tekton.dev/docs/getting-started/
