Functionality is not working after upgrading Triggers from 0.25.x to 0.26.0 #1690

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

Install 0.25.x
Create EL resources
Send request then see TaskRUn getting created
Upgrade to 0.26.0
wait for EL pod recreation
Send request but this time new TaskRun didn't created

Actual Behavior:

After the upgrade when we send request to EL no resources are getting created

Expected Behavior:

After the upgrade when we send request to EL should create respective resources

Tekton Pipeline version:

Pipeline Version : 0.56.0 LTS
