Create getting started with triggers #458

Changes

Add new beginners tutorial for Triggers.
Modify Pipelines example to use one parameter.
Make some editorial changes to the previous tutorials.

Opened a new PR because in the previous one (#456 ) the preview stopped working. In the end it was either a GitHub or Netlify hiccup. Either way, it's working fine now.

Nice, I like the simplified Triggers quickstart - will there be another doc about setting up webhooks and how to connect the EventListener to them in the future?

Yes, the next doc in the How-to section is going to cover that.
