Switch Dashboard to use lts branches #509

Changes

As per https://github.com/tektoncd/community/blob/main/releases.md#release-tags-and-branches, branches for LTS releases should be named with the -lts suffix.

I've created branches in the Dashboard repo with the correct names based on the existing release branches and updated the config to point to these.

Also related to https://github.com/tektoncd/website/issues/510 which is now fixed on the LTS branches in the Dashboard repo.
