Changes

Delete recovery data.
Replace old analytics ID with new one.

The old analytics account was no longer available and could not be recovered. The new analytics account uses GA4, ownership is currently shared with @afrittoli; to be shared with the rest of the OWNERS once this is merged and we verify that everything works correctly.
