recommend removing src file directory #13

to flatten the directory hierarchy a little bit i would recommend remove Spectrum_Analyzers/src directory and move its contents to the Spectrum_Analyzers directory. This matches the format for the Oscilloscopes directory and makes things 1 click easier to find.
