Create _Manager_ interface

Very similar to the search interface, the manager interface has:

• Header with ProjectSelector
• display area populated with artwork tiles identical to the search results, but displaying the contents of the currently selected project
• a Manager on the right hand side to serve the functions for ProjectManager
