create a new component, MoreInformationWindow that is similar identical to the EditArtwork popup in the artist portal, except that the fields are Read-Only

Popup window is implemented in commit fce61719347cba747ff9c788e3d40c29b0a38aaa , Still needs connected to backend lookup.
