Importing csv dosen't work #168

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Make a file like this:
"Account","Login Name","Password","Web Site","Comments"
"Test account","test","testpassword","http://example.com","Just a little test."

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
A list of the password(s), but the field is blank and two 
arrows(ajax-loader.gif) going around in circle.

What version of the product are you using?
2.0rc3 with install.zip patch

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)
Kubuntu 10.04 64-bit, Firefox 3.6.18

Absolutely !

An old htmlrequest sentence has not been deleted when passed to JSON format.

I've reuploaded RC4 package with correction.
