Upgrade from 2.1.17 to 2.1.18 Issues on step 5 #294

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Upgrade from 2.1.17 to 2.1.18
2. Step 5 if you click launch nothing happenes
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just didn't finish upgrade and this is producing problems

What version of the product are you using?
2.1.18

On what operating system? With what Browser (IEx, FFx, ...)
Chrome - Ubuntu

Please provide any additional information below.
The upgrade went well until the point i mentioned

Now i have a non working install of teampass.
