RCON - Yell feature time duration and Refresh option #179

Please describe yout idea for a new feature in ezStats:

In the server RCON.

The yell feature needs to have a time duration so it doesn't stay on the screen 
forever.  Also, a simple auto refresh checkbox or refresh manually button would 
be good instead of manually refreshing the page.

Other than that -- AWESOME TOOLS!

It is great that you like my tools, thank you :)

Generally, the yell duration should be your servers defaults. Perhaps this is 
set too high. Normally you can circumstance this, by editing the file 
"ezServer/classes/rcon.php". In line 60, decrease the value of 

"ADMIN_YELL_DURATION_MAX" => 59999,

to a lower value, 5000 for example.
