Points needed to next rank/marker behavior

Please describe the bug: Not sure if its a bug or not. On the detail page, in 
the rank progress section, the markers for points needed to next rank do not 
behave like they do on crysis3s.com. If the marker is a certain distance from 
the next rank score it flips the points needed from right side of marker to the 
left side ( on the crysis3s site ). On the ezstats it moves the whole marker 
and points to the far left side of the progress bar instead of just switching 
points needed to the left of the marker.

The stylesheet I've attached should fix the problem. Just upload it to 
"ezStats2_c3/stylesheets"
