HTTPS代理遇到问题，无法访问facebook

现在遇到一个问题，手机GAE最新版本。更换了cacerts.bks证书。

第一是，HTTPS代理，打开后 
GAE就无法成功连接不使用HTTPS代理就可以成功连接 。

第二个，成功连接之后，google+ 和 
facebook客户端均无法成功访问互联网。请问这个是什么原因？
