Add support for castle age festival

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. This is a new "feature" of the game

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of Golem are you using? Beta or release? On what browser?

Does anything relevant appear in the Console? (ctrl+shift+J)

Please provide any additional information below.
So far only the "Feats" section is active, but it has functionality similar to 
the blessing that needs to be checked every 12 hours.  Battle becomes active on 
2/17 (tomorrow)

Festival battles and monsters now supported.  For the Feats, click on it 
yourself until done.  I don't believe it's worth the coding effort since once 
all possible feats are clicked, it's done.
