Duplicate jCrop elements created on 2nd upload #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload image via iframe
2. call jcrop on img tag
3. call cropapi.destroy()
4. upload another photo

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
1 jcrop created - 2 jcrops

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0.9.9 - Ubuntu - Chromium v17

Please provide any additional information below.

Note: the iframe is hidden away and is purely for non-refreshing uploading
The img tag is not within the iframe
