Time series marker text gives raw epoch millis instead of date time #22

If you do a time series line graph and hover over a marker the text that is
displayed shows the time (in millis since epoch) and the value. It would
be nice if it displayed the date time in a format similar to the x axis.

I am attaching an early version of 0.5.5 for you to try out.

If there is a timeFormat specified on the X-Axis, the tooltip will display
using that time format. If no timeFormat
is specified however, it will default to European standard:" %d/%m/%Y %h:%M:%S"

Please tell me if this solves the issue.
