it would be a nice feature if jsPlumb supported labelling of connections.  this 
enhancement will cover that addition.  it just needs a little more 
information...

I'm trying to create a diagram editor in my backoffice with your fantastic 
library. My diagram editor consists in manipulation of questions and answers to 
make user guides to an callcenter (view anexed file). In my backoffice I want 
to make diagrams of questions and answers and in frontoffice the operators will 
answer following the logic of backoffice diagrams. I hope that you understand 
me.

I'm using Bezier lines with 60 curviness. I think it would be nice if the 
labels stay in the middle of the Bezier lines just like are on example.

Regarding the control of labels, I think it should be possible to simply change 
the text of labels in real time if necessary. I do not think it need the 
possibility to drag and drop labels or other events.
