Perimeter anchors and css3 rotate transform issue. #318

Simon,

  I have demonstrated the issue here http://jsfiddle.net/triendeau/cV8zJ/27/
the perimeter rectangle is offset a number of pixels on initial render. If you 
grab the decision node and move it everything lines up as expected. If you grab 
the task-node you can see the perimeter is off about 10 pixels towards the top 
and right.

Issues have all moved to Github.  Google code is no longer in use for jsPlumb.
