Need a Function to provide element Attribute and pixel position

Is possible to setup function for event " drag and Drop " of new Element.
Use Case:
1. I have Element
2. Click on Element and holds mouse
3. holding mouse button and moving mouse starts to move the element
4. stop holding mouse button. 
5. alert the position of element and Attribute of element.

better I want have function to provide element attribute and its position.

i do not use google code anymore for jsplumb.

but even if i did, this is not an issue request. this is a question. it belongs 
in the google group.

...but even then, it's not a jsplumb question. it's a question about how to use 
jquery draggable.

please refrain from posting questions about jquery draggable as defects in this 
unused issue tracker.
