Notificator dynamic rules #580

Possibility for defining custom dynamic rules, ie plugin script/class for 
determining when/what to do.

It could be applied to
a) which events apply (script could have a function that return TRUE if it 
applies)
b) which users are mail recipients (script could return list of users based on 
the fired event)

etc

Plugins could register custom named rules, which would then be selectable in 
Notificator UI.

After giving this bit more thought, this is not so good idea after all. 
Currently notifications are filtered already with SQL query, and if there was 
dynamic rules, it would mean they would have to be all processed in the PHP 
script.

Will be postponed.
