CSS selectors in local_ajaxcategories #356

As per https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Plugin_contribution_checklist#CSS-styles 
selectors like #placeholder or .drag-handle are not specific enough and they 
might accidentally affect other parts of Moodle pages.

Can the CSS selector be more specific please.
