Add Columns property to TInPlaceTextBox #222

I just noticed that the "Columns" property only seems to be available for
MultiLine TInPlaceTextBox components, which is different to TTextBox
components. It would be nice to add support for the "Columns" property for
SingleLine TInPlaceTextBox components. Thanks!
