Thank you for your report, but the dtd is not a page with content that should 
be viewed from inside the browser.
It's meant to be feeded to a validator in order to check the correctness of a 
prado application's configuration file.
If you want to see the actual file, download it or ask your browser to show the 
page source. The error itself is not in the file, but in the browser trying to 
parse the file as an html page.
