Remove WEEK view from RESTYLE calendar

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. What code do I remove to stop the WEEK tab from appearing? All I need 
is the MONTH and AGENDA views.
2. Hopefully removing the WEEK tab will allow me to reduce the width of 
the calendar as well.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No WEEK tab

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
restylegc - downloaded Nov 26, 2009. XP Pro
