Time format apparently defaults back to am / pm

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I installed as directed.
2. Works fine.
3. except...

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Even though at Google the settings for this calendar are for times to be
listed in military format (and they were listing properly in the embedded
iframe window on my webpage before I installed restylegc) everything is now
listed in the am / pm format. It did this even before I modified the css
stylesheet. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.0.1.  On a Mac OS X 10.5.8

Please provide any additional information below.

The reason you see the 24-hour format is a side-effect of you being logged into
Google services.  If you logout and refresh a standard embedded calendar, you 
will
see that the 24-hour format disappears.  There is no way to set military time 
for
embedded calendars.  All you can do is set the timezone.
