Subscribe/Add to Google Calendar Button no longer displays #38

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Loading any page where restylegc is used

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We used to see the "+Google Calendar" button at the lower right corner of the 
embedded calendar. It no longer appears.
