repeating events don't repeat

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install restylegc as directed, create repeating event at google calendars
2. view restyled calendar, only initial event of a series is shown.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
weekly events are to be shown each week but they don't...

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Linux server, PHP Version 5.2.9

Please provide any additional information below.
see attached screenshot with restyled and original google calendar. i have
an installation on another server running linux/php5.2.10 that works as
expected... only noticeable difference is the php version on trouble
server#1 where i have 2 calendars to display.

current workaround is to maintain resylegc folders on server#2 for each
calendar i need on server#1...

I started on a new server with a fresh download of 1.0.1 and works as expected 
now.
Replacing the 1.0 restylegc-js.php file with the 1.0.1 version solved the issue 
with
the original troubled installations.
