Feature request: Bulk feed subscriptions management #98

Hi, I've been using rsslounge daily for a few months, and one of the things I 
find sadly missing is a bulk/mass subscription management page. Google Reader 
has such a page, and it is very useful, allowing to delete several feed 
subscriptions at once, rename them, change their tags, and so on.

Today I had to delete the feeds i used to grab from Twitter, because their API 
just changed and the feeds are now unavailable. I had to select each feed's 
"wrench" icon, click "delete", and wait for rsslounge to delete the feed and 
refresh the page. It takes a LOT of time (i have 200 more feeds).
