If no SJQ server is installed lots of errors are reported and the UI slows.

Probably will want to check that the plugin is installed via IsPluginEnabled 
Sage API call before doing anything else.

fixed in next build.  The fix will not handle the case where SJQ or SJQ-Common 
is installed but not responding or not functioning properly.  If you think this 
is something that needs to be addressed please open another ticket.
