Add ability to get log entries for crontab jobs #214

Would it be possible to add the ability to read the log output from crontab 
jobs similar to the way we can read the log output for QueuedTasks?  I see this 
as an item for the next release.

Tasks scheduled via the crontab file end up in the same task queue so you can 
grab the output of those jobs the same way as the others.
